What You Need

Our Promise

At Ripon Children’s Learning Center, we know childhood is a treasured time. We believe it is our responsibility to provide environments and experiences that capture the joys of childhood, nurture each child’s individual growth and development, and pave the way for success in school and life.

Infant & Toddler

Leaving your little one in someone else’s care is a big step. Everyone at our center will work with you to make sure the transition from your home to our classroom goes as smooth as possible.  The Infant and Toddler program is comprised of four classrooms, brought together by our large-motor area.  Each classroom provides age-appropriate eating, playing and sleeping environments. Children will receive individualized care and will be allowed to follow their own schedules.  This schedule will simulate as much as possible that of the home.  Parents and teachers will communicate daily. Teachers will provide language development and other learning experiences for babies during normal routines, such as eating and diapering. Infants and toddlers will be provided with a variety of safe toys.  Play will be emphasized as a learning and growth experience. All young children will receive physical contact and attention including being held, rocked, talked to and sung to. Soft music will be used during most hours of center operation. Infants and toddlers will be given opportunities to go outdoors each day either using strollers or on the playground, weather permitting.

3 & 4 year old

In the Three and Four year old rooms, our teachers offer many daily opportunities to explore, discover and create! Like every classroom at RCLC, these classrooms value communication with our students’ caregivers and strive to make the transition from home to school as seamless as possible. Daily reports are are written via the ProCare Connect app and are available to parents each day. Reports include how children have ate, any diapers/toileting throughout the day, and their napping schedule. Parents will also see their children’s activities throughout the day posted on the app. Conferences are offered twice per year, or as concerns or questions come up throughout their time in the classroom.

Adventure Club-
School Age

At RCLC, we provide care for your children from infancy and beyond, including during elementary school years. We offer before and after school care, as well as full-day care for the summer and days that RASD is closed. Our Adventure Club, or Ad Club, is available for children enrolled from Kindergarten to Sixth Grade. During your child’s time in the school age classroom, they will continue to grow academically. We offer outside time, arts, crafts, literacy opportunities and field trips when appropriate!
